Amelia Restaurant

Born in Argentina to a family of Italian immigrants, chef Paulo Airaudo has worked in renowned kitchens all around the world including Arzak, The Fat Duck, and Magnolia. This past April he opened Amelia, a restaurant named after his daughter, located in the heart of San Sebastián. Here’s a peek of some of his plating.
