Simple to Spectacular: Kale Salad

Chef Kevin Meehan of Kali Restaurant from Los Angeles, CA shows us how to easily upgrade a kale salad with some quick plating techniques.

How To

Step 1. Spoon dressing onto plate and spread it around in a circular motion.

Step 2. Lay a ring mold down and fill it with salad that’s been pre-mixed in the dressing.

Step 3. Remove the ring mold.

Step 4. Add your toppings of choice to the salad; we used crispy kale, olive oil powder, almonds, sheep’s milk cheese, and cilantro.
