We are proud to share our partnership with Valrhona, the leading brand behind world’s finest chocolate produced in France since 1922, for The Art of Plating Rising Talent 2019. Learn about our partnership and watch how Valrhona makes their white chocolate bonbons at their L’Ecole Valrhona Brooklyn school.

For our inaugural year of The Art of Plating Rising Talent , it was of extreme importance for us to partner with companies that share our commitment in supporting the culinary and hospitality industry. This year, we partnered with Valrhona chocolate because of their long standing initiatives like the C3 Pastry Competition, a platform for pastry chefs to compete and share their craft, as well as their Valrhona Clean Water Project which helps improve the living conditions and public health for cocoa farmers.

The Art of Plating Rising Talent will choose 16 talents across different professions who are fearlessly pursuing their passions. Finalists will be announced on October 15, 2019. Read more about it here.
