Just published on May 1, 2017, Dan Hunter’s debut cookbook explores the impact of the environment around him and his unique style of cooking in relation to the Australian landscape.
This June, in promotion of his cookbook Brae: Recipes and Stories from the Restaurant, Dan Hunter of Brae in Melbourne is headed to Singapore. Chef André Chiang of renowned Restaurant André will be hosting Dan Hunter for two exclusive collaborations in partnership with premier publisher Phaidon.
“We are excited to be bringing Chef Dan Hunter and Brae to Singapore for the first time. I am looking forward to welcoming him at our house after experiencing Brae earlier in April during the World’s 50 Best,” says chef André.
