Native to Berlin, Restaurant Tim Raue serves Asian-inspired cuisine they themselves describe as “a blend of Japanese product perfection, Thai aromas, and Chinese culinary philosophy.” Founder chef Tim Raue opened his restaurant’s doors in July 2010 and earned 2 Michelin stars just two short years later, and has since upheld beautiful creativity, uniqueness, and freedom in his work.
