Ryan Clift has spent more than half his life in the kitchen. After culinary school, working in the kitchen at one of London’s finest hotels, and numerous awards as Vue de Monde’s head chef - the next obvious step was opening his own restaurant. Since its conception, Tippling Club has given guests a one-of-a-kind experience from its cocktail pairings, inventive use of ingredients, and unprecedented techniques in food styling and plating.
