Our Daily Brine is a journal of Kyle Hildebrant’s exploration and experimentation in the world of fermentation, preservation, and charcuterie. A fascinating look at the science and beauty of slow food. The design is easy on the eyes as well.”

“I sadly never got to make it to Ubuntu, but I had this dish at an event Jeremy did, and it absolutely blew my mind. I think I was speechless for a few minutes after, because I couldn’t ever imagine these two ingredients working together. One of those dishes that I will remember for the rest of my life – not because of where I was or who I was with, but because it was so outstanding.”

“The third child from Los Angeles’ beloved chef duo, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, is their eponymous pizza and pasta eatery. From their Cacio e Pepe pasta to the “LA woman” pizza (burrata and basil) we absolutely love eating here. There’s good happiness-inducing light in the restaurant, fun graphic placemats, 90’s hip hop and rap echoing, an aromatic wood-fire oven, and the most adorable wine shop right in the back. Jon & Vinny love Los Angeles. They understand the dining crowd, and that’s why everything they touch turns to gold.”

“We all know the classic canal tours, but the only right way to do it – is to do it yourself. You can bring your own little picnic with you on the boat and have a glass of wine with your friends and family while sailing through the Copenhagen canals.”

“If I lived in NYC, this is where I would do my shopping. Such a plethora of tasty goodies. I can’t wait until they open in Los Angeles.”
