We recently hosted an intimate dinner experience with The Art of Plating Founder Maria Nguyen at acclaimed pop artist Fidia Falaschetti’s private art studio in Los Angeles with food by rising star chef Roze Traore.

There's nothing I love more than bringing both of my passions of food and art together

Guests were welcomed with flutes of Tequila Casa Dragones Joven, the renowned, small-batch luxury sipping tequila by maestra tequilera & CEO Bertha González Nieves while artist Fidia toured guests around his studio space that holds dozens of his colorful sculptures.

Dishes like “Cow You Doing“, “Octopeas“, “Truffly Duck“, and “Pie Pie Baby” was created by chef Roze, cleverly named by artist Fidia, and served on plates by 252 year old French plateware company Revol.

“There’s nothing I love more than bringing both of my passions of food and art together,” says Maria Nguyen. “It’s been such a pleasure to curate a once in a lifetime experience with these two talented artists in such a beautiful and intimate space.”
