To usher in the Autumn season, The Art of Plating collaborated with 2 Michelin starred SingleThread restaurant and Burgundy winemaker Olivier Bernstein to create an breathtakingly immersive dinner at a private space in San Fransisco, CA. Take a look inside the evening.

Upon sitting down to the table, guests were welcomed to Early Autumn in Sonoma, a whimsical centerpiece designed by Katina Connaughton with small delicious bites by chef Kyle Connaughton. Throughout the night, the SingleThread team served dishes like Cherry Blossom Wood Smoked Salmon, Roulade of Quail with poached foie gras, Ribeye of American Wagyu with coal roasted beets; as guests sipped on various Olivier Bernstein wines while the winemaker himself guided the evening.
