February marks Black History Month with this year’s 2021 theme being “The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity,” chosen by the Association for the Study of African American Life and History to explore the African diaspora, and the spread of Black families across the United States. To kick off this month and to follow our commitment to amplifying black voices, we created a list of chefs and food influencers that we truly admire.
