On February 26, 2025, The Art of Plating and Cinco Jotas welcomed guests to San Laurel Restaurant inside the Conrad Los Angeles for an intimate dining experience.

Live carving of Cinco Jotas Jamón, considered one of the most luxurious cured hams in the world, by Master Carver Raúl José Garrido Fernández.

A tasting of aged La Honda by Osborne, sherries produced by Bodegas Osborne, one of the most renowned sherry houses in Spain.

A lush, candlelit tablescape designed by Maria Nguyen, Founder of The Art of Plating, to welcome the arrival of spring.

Later in the evening, our guests were invited to enjoy the San Laurel Chef’s Table, where a curated tasting of bold, inventive dishes showcased Cinco Jotas in imaginative ways.
