Set within the private work studio of artist Fidia Falaschetti in Los Angeles, this unique The Art of Plating dining experience in collaboration with chef Roze Traore was an evening where the worlds of food and art converged.
As guests were transported into Fidia’s creative world, they were welcomed with Casa Dragones Joven, an ultra-premium tequila brand renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship.
Designed with intentional simplicity, the table setting allowed both Roze’s and Fidia’s art to take center stage.
Roze also infused the evening with a sense of whimsy, presenting a menu with playfully titled dishes like Cow You Doing? Octopeas. Truffly Duck. Pie Pie Baby.
An impromptu performance by artist Sunni Colón, adding another layer of creative energy to the immersive experience.
