Set in a historic Victorian home in the heart of San Francisco, The Art of Plating brought a breathtaking culinary experience by 3 Michelin starred SingleThread Farm Restaurant.
As guests took their seats, they were welcomed to “Early Autumn in Sonoma”, a whimsical tablescape designed by Katina Connaughton, adorned with seasonal elements that set the stage for an extraordinary dining journey. Accompanying this stunning centerpiece were delicate, flavor-packed bites by Chef Kyle Connaughton.
Throughout the night, the SingleThread team presented an exquisite progression of dishes, including Cherry Blossom Wood-Smoked Salmon, Roulade of Quail with Poached Foie Gras, and Ribeye of American Wagyu with Coal Roasted Beets.
Each course was paired with an exceptional selection of Olivier Bernstein wines, with the esteemed Burgundy winemaker himself present for each pour.
Special thanks to SingleThread Farm Restaurant, Olivier Bernstein, Wilson Daniels, and Bel Air Investment Advisors for helping us make this evening happen.
