Maria Nguyen is a former art director and digital media veteran turned mega mind behind The Art of Plating. Her passion for storytelling has taken her all over the world to collaborate with some of the world’s best chefs and has garnered her multiple awards.
Brian Canlis is a restaurateur and third generation co-owner of Canlis Restaurant, a Seattle, Washington, fine dining destination that’s been around for more than 70 years. Under Brian and his brother's leadership, the restaurant has become a north star for hospitality and creativity.

Dominique is the chef-owner of three Michelin starred restaurant Atelier Crenn. She is an outspoken and active member of the international culinary community, promoting innovation, sustainability, and equality through her various channels.
Amar Lalvani is a hotelier and the CEO of Standard International, a company that has more than a dozen hotel and food and beverage properties. With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Amar has lead the company to excel in building a strong and inclusive culture.
Nina Compton is a TV Personality and the James Beard Award winning chef behind New Orlean's Compère Lapin. Born and raised in St. Lucia, she is also serves as the country’s Culinary Ambassador.
Dominique Ansel is the pastry chef and owner of Dominique Ansel Bakery, cookbook author, and the mastermind behind innovative desserts like the Cronut, Cookie Shot, and Frozen S’more.
Jordan Salcito is a standout sommelier who spent a decade creating award-winning wine programs at some of the country’s top restaurants before switching gears to start her own wine brand in 2016. Drink RAMONA is a canned wine brand with a mission to democratize fine wine.
